Pros
Environment and coworker interactions. You really make friends at this company. Supervisors and managers are super chill and are eager to give more work/experience if you ask for it (at least in QC). Benefits and pay are pretty standard.
Cons
Little accountability especially with supervisors. I can't count how many times I've been thrown under the bus from a bad judgement call a supervisor has made. They're always looking for a scapegoat. Very little room for growth depending on the position you're in. Job descriptions are almost nonexistant.
