Lots of improvements on the way - Senior Customer Service Advocate Christian Care Ministry Employee Review

Mostly, the people. From the top down. Everyone feels they make a difference in the life of the organization's members. From member development to member services, the mission is the passion for all employees.

The only place where I felt there was room for improvement during my time there was interdepartmental communication. That could be different now, though. Still, it wasn't insurmountable.

There is a remnant that actually strives to do the right thing; care for members and employees. Evil cannot and will never win.

The place is now overun by pretenders and cowards in positions of leadership. The pretenders abuse power and do what they want. The cowards do nothing to challenge them. Employees are hurt in the process. Ministry money is wasted also. The crooked powerful, among other things, hire for the wrong reasons or the wrong people, lie, manipulate to frustrate and have their way amidst the disorganization they create.
