I concur with the review below provided. It's puzzling how this establishment claims to be a Christian company when it's rife with backstabbing and gossip. Both the IT and HR teams are subpar, which is disheartening. It's unfortunate to have to share these sentiments, but I've witnessed secular companies exhibit more Christian values. I echo the sentiment of distancing oneself from this place. I'm uncertain how Medi-Share can maintain sustainability in the long run. The senior leadership is out of touch with the company's reality, and the chapel's significance has diminished. Regrettably, a comprehensive overhaul starting from the leadership is imperative for this organization. The decline began after the previous CEO's firing. Rest in peace, Christian Care.

I'm uncertain if there are any positive aspects, but the security team consistently displayed kindness to everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. If you truly are a current employee who has been here for 8-10 years, surely there must be some positive aspects that have kept you here this long! We'd love to discuss the specifics of your concerns - we try to be very intentional with our weekly chapel services, and have policies in place surrounding gossip and encourage all employees to take the biblical approach of going directly to someone with their concerns where appropriate. Pros

There is a remnant that actually strives to do the right thing; care for members and employees. Evil cannot and will never win.

Cons

The place is now overun by pretenders and cowards in positions of leadership. The pretenders abuse power and do what they want. The cowards do nothing to challenge them. Employees are hurt in the process. Ministry money is wasted also. The crooked powerful, among other things, hire for the wrong reasons or the wrong people, lie, manipulate to frustrate and have their way amidst the disorganization they create.
