Pros
Able to incorporate your faith into work, weekly chapel, ongoing training offered, many good members to work with, some good teammates and excellent coaches who cared about members and each other! Had some great coworkers and teammates. Great up-front training and perspective on health when I first started. The emphasis on prevention and biblical health stewardship was great
Cons
Poor communication and serious micro-management. Toxic and dying department- unexpected and difficult layoffs of the entire department. From the very top, leadership has had issues and toxicity. In this department there was overscheduling, way too much work for the small team, angry members, and a lot of busy work when not working with active members . Very strange team environment and extreme level of turnover due to poor, disconnected micromanaging. Would not ever work here again. The systems overall are also outdated
