      Employee owned company so good retirement possibilities Contribute to 401k Good sick/vacation day options Annual bonus

      Management has closed doors and meetings all day Major gossip - which includes upper management Would prefer to discuss things behind closed doors than with employees to help the employee grow Treats employees as seat fillers Very much desk culture although they preach the total complete opposite No community involvement No company events or appreciation Preaches teamwork only in the fashion for you to do your work and everyone else’s work - no actual team or comradery.

      Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

      Cons

      Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
