      - Most people you work with are great - Decent flexibility

      Cons

      - Health insurance is high dedcutible only - Pay is under market value - For a multi-billion dollar company you do not get raises every year. COLA doesn't count! - Favortism towards under performing employees - IT management that could less about your workload or struggles. They will at best acknowledge any issues but take zero action on them - Growth is either very low priority or non - existent - IT is very siloed with little transperency among the dpt. Lots of hush hush conversations take place

      Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

      Cons

      Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
