Everyone has welcomed me with open arms and has allowed me to do the job in which I am hired to. Show they have trust in what I can do. Super excited about that.

Cons

None so far. I have only been here two months. So far I love it but then again I love construction and everything about the process.

Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

Cons

Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
