Collaborative team environment where all team members are invested in eachother's success and the success of the project.

Cons

Sometimes working weekends or nights for time sensitive construction activity, but that's part of being in construction.

Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

Cons

Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
