Christman is like family and everyone here knows that. From the emphasis of The Christman Way values to the many fun events, you grow closer to your coworkers in many great ways

Cons

None that I can think of. Smaller structure may not suit some people but provides for great experience. Also, Michigan can get pretty cold!

Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

Cons

Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
