Didn't get as much hands on experience as I would have liked during my internship

Good work environment and supportive team. Opportunities to learn and grow. Stable company with interesting projects.

Salary may not be the highest compared to some competitors. Like any company, there can be occasional communication or process issues. For me, Christman is a good place to work because it aligns with my priorities. The salary is not exceptionally high, but it is fair for my needs. No workplace is perfect, but my experience has been positive overall.
