Pros

Wakefield office -Nice premises, good location to the M1 pay okay £18000 per year. Probably a good job as temporary position.

Cons

The training for the some parts of the job are insufficient. Don't work there if you like to interact with your work colleagues. It's constant incoming calls and it's frowned upon to chat and ask for help. There is constant monitoring of call stats and your calls are listened to for quality checks and you have limited time on each call, even the time you go to the toilet is monitored as you have to off the phones for a 'comfort break' if you are the type of person who likes to be able to engage with callers and really help, then this job is not for you.

Pros

Used to be a strong brand with great products to sell to customers and see them succeed.

Cons

Now it's micromanaged with lots of reporting on why every side of the business is collapsing.
