Pros
Strong external identity that nearly all staff are committed to. Many (but not all) teams flexible in working arrangements. Lots of 'non core' development opportunity (has it's own online portal for learning skills in time management, equal ops, diversity etc).
Cons
There is a layer at the top that show the brand values of the organisation and the staff who do the work are amazing, but the higher mid level managers are very political and in some cases lack basic leadership skills. This translates into a poor work experience if you happen to be in their department. Luckily, you will rarely see them (I had no individual contact with mine between Feb and December last year)!
