Pros

Good toilets and free tea and coffee

Cons

Pretty much everything- I am fairly new, my first day was what you dread as a starter- no training whatsoever- no explanation of my job, it was like they had never even had a starter there before, half the time I was sat twiddling my thumbs and realising the place was a joke. My managing team are constantly busy telling me that if I need work 'just ask' even though they always fob me off saying they are busy- should I have to be asking for work when I have been here enough time to know what I should be doing Well guess what, I still don't know what I'm doing because nobody invests time on me to get me started in my role. Training is non existent and the atmosphere is boring and without excitement or ambition and people generally do not care. It is literally the worst place I have ever worked and I feel like a child being given scraps of work, by people who don't care about the workplace but care so much about their own tasks to the point of being jobsworths. I just hate it and please take my advice- if you're reading this in interview stages and have doubts, consider his carefully because the only way I describe it is a struggle to go there everyday- I wish I had acted on these reviews when I had doubts!

Pros

Used to be a strong brand with great products to sell to customers and see them succeed.

Cons

Now it's micromanaged with lots of reporting on why every side of the business is collapsing.
