Pros
C&G has a lot of cash flow to do what it likes from selling central London properties. They are very good at living their values and training a diverse group of young people.
Cons
Senior executive leadership is not of the caliber that it should be. Leadership is weak and confused. The non-profit status means there is poor governance compared to the public sector or public owned organisations.
