Pros
A charity that generates its own surplus by running commercial business units - we have the best of both worlds from the private and third sector. We are all about improving skills for economic growth -one of the biggest challenges facing society today. International reach. Great track record of growth. Fast-paced and dynamic. Not too big to make things happen quickly.
Cons
It can be difficult sometimes for staff in different business areas to work together as effectively as they could to unlock shared opportunities for growth. This is a common challenge with business-unit structures so we aren't unique here but it can slow things down sometimes.
