The ability to actually help people that are in need. The leadership team cares about you as a person and as an employee. The leadership team and my direct manager are active in my development.

*First 5 years without raise. Left company making roughly $4 more an hour despite rave reviews on annual performance reviews. *Continually minimized positive and perks of employment *Disorganized management who lack transparency *Management will gaslight you when you have concerns *You are only a number, even after 8 years of service they will "restructure" an entire department overnight *Stressful and anxiety inducing, not because of the tasks, but because *management changes their mind constantly. Our team motto was "PIVOT!" A lot of time wasted because someone changed their mind. *dysfunctional SOPs and uneducated KPIs.
