      Self managed ( supposedly) great concept,

      Cons

      Too many to list all, they expect 60 hours per week, change direction every other month, you wear too many hats, ( sales, Installer, service, show manager, PR and Marketing ) managers are overworked and don't have any latitude to help field sales group. Dictator style of management and NO life work balance.

      Its a paycheck and benefits.

      Cons

      They lure you in by telling you your doing good for the community, but it's noting more than a high pressure sales position. You have to install 35 units a month, if not, they're on your butt. High turnover, working late into the night, and weekends. I would advise you not to take the position unless your desperate like I was. I left and now they're telling me I won't get all of the commission money I earned. Don't do it!!!

      This company is a total disaster falling fast as the company that does not have a firm grip on strategy to maintain and grow the company. The Chaos comes right from the top creating and through out the leadership team resulting in a toxic working environment that is filled with stress, aggressive behavior, treating employees as resources, and in fighting between management. If you care about your work/life balance and mindfulness, you will run from the company as fast as you can.
