Pros
This company provides captioned telephone services for the hard of hearing community. Which is always going to be prevalent since as people age they lose their hearing. The executives are professional and there information technology department are very talented. It's an honorable company to work for given that they are providing a needed service. The people that work in the offices are friendly and knowledgeable. The captioning agents are bonded and federally bound to the privacy of the calls they caption. The installers and sales reps are limited in their scope as far as the technical aspects what are the bread and butter of the company and are treated as such. Because I'm repair department work tirelessly to handle the volume of calls that they receive. The inside sales department opened recently and are so far having great success in their retention efforts.
Cons
Lower management needs more training and compassion for the people that they are supposed to be managing. There seems to be an air of disdain in regards to the management due to the fact that there is a lack of communication between the managers and their subordinates. There also seems to be a bit of attention between the agents at times but that can be explained only X witnessing the lack of policies procedures and consistent communication from the managers in a positive manner. Training in positive reinforcement and embracing each agent skills under a manager could eliminate these types of problems
