Pros
Management down to earth, easy to approach, honestly listen. Not everyone perfect but much of top brass is great. Every day if I do my job well, I positively impact our customers, without them even knowing it! Our department doesn't have any customer contact and I like working in the background to open communication for customers Most of top executive team is great. Every day is a challenge and something new; I feel respected by most folks(every company has some managers who could use an ego deflation) and feel my voice counts
Cons
Fast growth = mistakes, missed deadlines, confusion, frustration and long hours...but we are making progress! Some managers and exec less than honest; some people allowed to keep jobs even though don't do their work while others of us carry the load.
