Pros
Best reason to work for CC is to keep you busy until you find another job! The product is dated and does not compare to the competitors at all.. this raggedy phone that you will be required to pedal is a joke..and the company will create the worse excuses no to pay you commission! Your commission will be based on if the customer uses the phone for 3 months and if they don’t you won’t get paid.. Majority of the time the customers stop using that piece of crap phone in 1 week.. so all of your hard work is useless! You are considered a veteran if you work there for at lease 6 months because most employees don’t last for 3 months... but it’s a cool gig while you look for something else! A perfect pit stop!
Cons
Product is horrible..upper management is horrible and useless, poor leadership across the board, swindle employees out of their commission , no support and endless lies about improving the company and the dated phone that only works if you have a landline which will never happen.. Those poor shareholders will be closing in on this place soon and none of the employees left will have a job..it is sad but true so you really shouldn’t waste your time unless you are really desperate..
