Pros

The people working at ClearCaptions truly make all of the difference. Everyone is friendly and dedicated to the task at hand. You can tell employees go above and beyond to help customers better understand the product and service that really improve the quality of life for the HOH. Management is open to taking questions and answering to the best of their abilities and really encourage open ended discussions to promote personal development and company culture.

Cons

With things being remote, management is doing the best they can to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Pros

Peer employees were great to work with

*First 5 years without raise. Left company making roughly $4 more an hour despite rave reviews on annual performance reviews. *Continually minimized positive and perks of employment *Disorganized management who lack transparency *Management will gaslight you when you have concerns *You are only a number, even after 8 years of service they will "restructure" an entire department overnight *Stressful and anxiety inducing, not because of the tasks, but because *management changes their mind constantly. Our team motto was "PIVOT!" A lot of time wasted because someone changed their mind. *dysfunctional SOPs and uneducated KPIs.
