- Great Onboarding Process, very thorough. - Company has a great vision and mission to help people that are hard of hearing and aged. - Doing the right thing, and quality is highlighted above profits and ease. - Very good leadership/chain of command. - You will get the opportunity to meet with and speak with the CEO. Thay want to make sure you know what and how they want to do business comes from the top and all the way down to the bottom. Very genuine, it was cool. - Lots of new and innovative products and technologies on the horizon.

Cons

- Nothing noteworthy comes to mind after being here 30 days. - If you are not a nice person (mean), or don't treat people with respect & dignity, you won't last long here. Psychos and toxic people need not apply, they try to ensure a good working environment is maintained.

*First 5 years without raise. Left company making roughly $4 more an hour despite rave reviews on annual performance reviews. *Continually minimized positive and perks of employment *Disorganized management who lack transparency *Management will gaslight you when you have concerns *You are only a number, even after 8 years of service they will "restructure" an entire department overnight *Stressful and anxiety inducing, not because of the tasks, but because *management changes their mind constantly. Our team motto was "PIVOT!" A lot of time wasted because someone changed their mind. *dysfunctional SOPs and uneducated KPIs.
