Pros

I have been with this company for over three years now and have seen how successfully you can be. Having this job has created such financial freedom for me and my family and I have been able to do things in my personal life that I would have never thought possible. You CAN be successful here, you just have to put in the work. Management gives you the tools to be successful as well. Also, this is a true 9-5 job which is great. There is also a relaxed dress code which makes getting ready for work easy.

Cons

Honestly, really no cons. If you are looking for an easy job where you can just slack off or browse through facebook all day, this isn't it. If you work hard, you can be successful. You get what you put into it.
