Pros
Senior recruiters are so busy and have worked super hard to get to where they are but they are always willing to help, share advice, and walk you through the new stuff. A lot of initial and ongoing training, Bosses door is always open for questions and he will give you the best advice, and help with even the smallest question. A true team atmosphere which I wasn't expecting since everyone is going after the same business. Nice office and amenities, great downtown location near public transit and good food. I have learned a lot really fast and am starting to have a lot of fun. Recent promotions in the office and opening a new branch, outlook for the future looks really good.
Cons
Not being able to work remotely. Sales job so there are ups and down, you gotta be able to adapt to that or already be used to it. Can't let the down times get to you and you have to be able to move on quickly.
