Pros
Good location, Cool office, Nice employees,
Cons
There is NO HR, Payroll, IT, etc. The CEO Marshall runs everything. Any issues take a long time to be resolved as he is unresponsive and out of the office a lot of the time. There is no clear direction given by CEO, and he consistently changes his mind on what is expected. All goals given were not only achieved but even exceeded, only to change his mind the next week, switch the goals and expectations. There is the opportunity to make a lot of money, but you need to be extremely flexible, have thick skin and be ready and willing to change not only what you are doing but the way you are doing it. There is tons of turnover, especially in the leadership department. 3 division managers in 6 months in the Cleveland, OH location. This is due to no clear vision and expectation not being clearly laid out. No clear training program. CEO expects 2 days of training then 30 days of cold calling into hospitals and asking current professionals if they are interested in the jobs they have only, that is followed up by 30 days of cold calling hospitals for business development leads. They want no departure from this strict plan.
