Pros
The only pro is they do work remote and if you're competent and smart you could "work them back" and easily work 10 hours a week and claim full time ( which is about what they deserve ) .
Cons
Management is run by a who's who of cliques, gossip, and favoritism. Ramp up took me 3 months where as most people seemed to take 6 - 12 months to start making placements. However, getting paid on the commissions? Highly unlikely. Even with validation from the client invoices were paid ( tracking numbers check numbers etc... ) the owner would repeatedly claim payment hadn't been paid.... Commissions start at 2.5% (HORRID) in Jan. for all recruiters regardless of billing amount and ramp up as you increase billing ( doubles every 50k billed / received - ie. 50 - 100k = 5% etc.. ) So as soon as you reach good commission rates the owner weirdly "stops recieving payments" until Jan when your pay rate drops back to the bottom of the barrel... ETC. Everyone is expected to reach 360k billed to reach profit sharing, but how that number is paid out is a mystery to the whole company, and 9 times of of 10 people would get 350k billed or so then the owner would "not recieve" payments until Jan 2 or so.. ( try again next year kid ) despite tracking showing payment arrives in Oct / Nov. etc... SHADY.
