Pros

Truth & Transparency is a product selling point, but is also engrained in the culture. Ideas are embraced no matter what level, and everyone is truly valued and welcomed here. You can truly be yourself around your coworkers. A company who truly lives out its values: Grow up, Show up, Do Good.

Cons

We are a startup that is scaling quickly and processes are improving daily - the current cons such as no 401k match, pricey family benefits, etc. will not be cons down the road.

Pros

Fellow developers are great, in general. LGBTQ+ presence. Depending on the team you end up, you might get a great manager. Unlimited PTO. You keep the laptop you get after a few years working with them. Free therapy.

Cons

Going all in on AI, without considering all the issues that bubble has. Some manager aren't great. The culture is kinda "frat boy" and bigoted, with "jokes" and "jabs" that aren't funny at all. There are constant re-orgs and lay offs out of nowhere. The lack of direction is palpable. They keep adding features to the app instead of making what's there already better, and we all know how those apps that try to do everything end up.
