Pros
Some great individual people, some teams are well run. It's a remote-ish company.
Cons
clique environment, friends of founder work on multiple key positions, either you are in, or out. Feedback or dissent gets ya fired without explanation or warning. Execs regularly provide loyalty tests to extract feedback and use it against employees. Top down direction that doesn't create results, so teams get scapegoated for it. Pay is substandard, and workloads increasingly go higher as we lean out. Expect to be gaslit, asked to take on more and more without compensation. Leadership is inexperienced, and messy. We are stuck with a photo management app, but no clear plan to evolve beyond it. I wouldn't be surprised if the 5 star ratings are our HR team trying to push the hype train. DEI is lacking, it's almost entirely white people, but bigger issue is it's not a safe place to be. Very little turnover, promotions are rare and highly political. Not based on actual work done.
