Nice company, good benefits. Vacation is as usual. Growth can be stagnant depending on your experience in the company.

Cons

Overtime oncall work might be considered a con as it doesn't include any overtime pay.

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
