- Creative and open environment - Lots of room for growth - Supportive and dedicated leadership team - AMAZING people. AMAZING culture. - Flexible work environment

Cons

- You must be a driven self starter to work here. There is no micro-managing in this environment. - Lots of work to be done and hours can be long time to time, but your hard work and extra effort is always recognized and appreciated.

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
