Free parking for those who drive Not the best for those who commute but management is reasonable with bad weather and allows some remote work Open and transparent management - weekly one on one meetings Great work environment Great team/colleagues

Far distance for those who live outside of Mississauga Poor communication across internal teams

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
