- Very enjoyable team to work with, hard working, professional, approachable, and responsive. - Remote work (if applicable) and flexible hours is GREAT! - Flat(ish) corporate hierarchy, superiors treat you with respect and it feels like they're always connected/in touch with the team. - Transparency regarding company projects and initiatives with quarterly updates.

Cons

- Like most, it can be out of the way for some people, but the remote work / flexible hours really makes this work attractive.

Pros

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
