Extremely hyped up perspective on the work they do, pretends to be/thinks they're the beacon of change and on the cutting edge but painfully ignorant, amateurish and old school. 3. Most employees are junior or have limited exposure to work outside their organization, and unfortunately the management doesn't compensate for it. 4. Lays broad claims about the monetary value of initiatives with little tangible measures to back it up.
