Pros

CDL has a very supportive environment, in the office and remotely; I feel like I'm treated like an individual vs just a number. There's a strong atmosphere of respect and new ideas are embraced with curiosity.

Cons

I find I struggle to explain exactly what we do to people outside of our organization due to our more complex structure.

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
