Company seems to be truly embodying the idea of self starters and taking control of your career trajectory, personal and career development, and ultimately being a giant support system for its employees. Good work/life balance. While we're all passionate about our work, it's encouraged to embrace PTO as true time off and "leave work at work." Cons
The work here isn't easy, but it's worthwhile. To succeed, you will need to push yourself to grow, remove self imposed limitations, and keep focus on the goals of the business. This isn't really a con, but for those who want a less involved job that they aren't genuinely invested in, they should likely look elsewhere.
