Pros

Schedule is very flexible. Great work life balance. The work is challenging but enjoyable. It’s all about making processes easier and more enjoyable for both the operators and the customers. Good mixture of tactical and consulting work.

Cons

Sometimes meetings are later in the day if you’re working with a west coast account.

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
