Nothing to be frank in pros

Cons

They pay less then market range and make you work so much. No extra hours of pay too. Micromanagement. Partiality and political. No growth and no appreciation. No work life balance or understanding about important appointments or child.

Pros

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
