Pros

The benefits are really fantastic if you can manage to work the hours needed to qualify for them.

Cons

You are expected to be on call 24/7. You are not permitted to turn off your phone in case a client calls. Their supervisors are not all licensed. Anyone working there under supervision needs to find out for themselves whether or not that person is licensed if intending to use hours for residency status.

Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.
