Pros

If you want steady, comfortable place to work, perfect place. You almost like your own boss, since you don't see your boss at all. Good name for the resume for high school graduates, and of course you will learn the trade.

Cons

Company driven by financial investors, people come people go , no place to grow, no salary raises in the last 10 years. Not a career oriented place, only low paying job.

Pros

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Cons

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
