Dear Current Employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are always looking for feedback and we appreciate you providing yours. First, thank you for noticing the communication between departments. This is an area that we are constantly improving and we feel like we're making good progress. There is more that we're going to do so please keep eye out for future improvements. Second, regarding the benefits, please know we are always trying to be better than "standard." One of my personal initiatives is to make sure we improve them every year and I want you to know I'm committed to that goal. Relative to your comment about our clients, I believe this is another area that will continue to improve. We're implementing a ticketing system this quarter that will make easier to track and measure client requests and, of course, our new platform, Levreg, will make far easier and faster to deliver all of our services.
