Dear Former Employee, Thanks for writing a review. We appreciate the feedback. Sorry things didn't work out for you at CSI but I hope your latest endeavor is going well and I thank you for your hard work and commitment while here. We are committed to earning a spot on the "best places to work" list and understand its a journey that isn't accomplished in just one year. We are loaded with great people who do great work and that is the catalyst that I know will get us on the list. In fact, of the 30 people who hold some type of supervisor or management position, all but 2 were promoted from within. Opportunity was presented to them and they took advantage of it.
