Dear Former Employee, Thank you for providing your feedback. We agree wholeheartedly -- we have an amazing team that is dedicated, hardworking and take amazing care of our clients. CompuSystems is very lucky. We understand that the work demands in this department can be significant at times. This, as you’ve been hearing from our president and the department director since the beginning of the year, will improve dramatically when we introduce new and more effective user tools later this year to support our clients. I am heavily involved in the day-to-day at CompuSystems and witness a much different environment than what you are describing. I see collaboration, cooperation, laughter and dedication. And when mistakes are made, I’m typically aware and involved along with the managers. Our approach is to understand why the mistake was made so we can take the necessary steps to prevent it from reoccurring. And our philosophy is that if one fails, all fail -- a team approach. We do have high expectations for our staff but I don’t think that is a negative. I’ve worked here for over 15 years and it’s in our DNA to continually improve processes and procedures due to the ever-changing nature of our business.
