We’ve been working hard to make CompuSystems a great company to work for, so your positive feedback lets us know we are headed in the right direction. You are correct -- CompuSystems has lots of opportunity for advancement for those who have a passion for what we do, continually expand their knowledge and skills and have the desire to move up. Over 95% of our supervisors, managers and directors were promoted from within. We understand that the work demands in this department can be significant at times. This, as you’ve heard often from our president, will improve dramatically when we introduce our new user tools later this year. We review our salaries at the department level on a regular basis to ensure we are competitive in the market place.
