Pros

The work from home program and time flexibility is excellent to balance life. The co-workers and immediate management is very genuine and supportive. The atmosphere has been positive until recent changes. (Please filter negativity or let me WFH when negativity is in the office - lol) For the most part it is a fun, fast-pace casual-dress environment. New ideas are encouraged and everyone's perspective (at least in our department) is valuable. The immediate management encourages growth and doesn’t hold you back.

Dear Team Member, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for recognizing that the immediate managers are genuine and supportive. I believe our middle management team is fantastic and a huge reason why we're successful. I can't say enough about them and thankfully, many employees comment on how good they are. I also believe we're successful because of people like you. After almost 21 years at CSI I've gotten to see over the years how our team members make all the difference. We've been so fortunate to have people that love what they do and their passion shows in their work. I'm so thankful for that I know our clients are too. I will take you up on your advice to walk around the office more and I want you to know keeping the entire team informed and up-to-date on our initiatives is a top priority and I will make sure it happens. Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.
