Dear Former Anonymous Employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and thank you for your hard work while employed at CSI. Our company is actually very stable. We've been in business for over 38 years and we've been the market leader for last 10 years. It's simply not correct to state that you can lose your job at any time for any reason. We actually rely heavily on our team members and we've very dependent on their expertise. We have excellent employees that are filled with drive. We promote from within about 90% of the time so there's ample room for growth. Fortunately, we have a long history of winning new business every year so we don't need to panic when we lose a customer. Our team members take great comfort in that and that is also what allows us to give raises that are larger than the cost of living.
