Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate the feedback. We did right-size during the height of the recession but during that time we also added entire departments. Currently our headcount is higher than it's ever been in our 38 year history. We are making a significant investment in our technology and by the end of 2015 we'll be on an entirely new, leading edge technology platform. It will be best plafortm in the industry. Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.
