Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. You are right, we have a lot of friendly people here and our location is even better at our new office in Downers Grove. However, your comment about raises is incorrect. The company only had one year of no pay increases due to the great recession. Plus, we offer great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, flex time/work from home, and company match 401k (even chair massages). Also, over 90% of our managers, directors, and executives were promoted into those jobs. This proves there's ample opportunity for growth. The sick day benefit only applies to salaried exempt employees. This group represents 80% of our workforce. I'm sorry your experience was not better.
