Pros

I've worked at CompuSystems for almost two years now and have seen where the company was and where it is now headed. One of the main reasons why I enjoy working here and am excited about the future is that right now I feel like everyone is in a position to help shape the future of this company. In one way or another every employee has their hand in creating the new CompuSystems (as we recently re-branded) and I think its really great to see my work being directly involved in that. The team atmosphere is really were it starts. The different departments are great at working together to come up with custom solutions for our clients.

Cons

There is still some communication issues that need to be worked out in the implementation/creation process of certain things across departments but management has really made a great effort to enhance its employee engagement and communication recently. Plus, they really listen to concerns and offer solutions.

Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.
