Cons
The trainer including the team leaders aren't going to teach you specially if they don't feel like they want you. It all depends on their feelings and not on your potential and performance as a new hired agent. The support agents are also very hard to approach, they're very hostile. When you ask a question, they give you a single answer, which is a part of a whole answer. While you're in the middle of the call, and is asking some questions to them, they nag you and provide you with sermons instead of the answer you are inquiring about. The customer on the other line is already getting annoyed and is already cursing you for not being able to resolve their concern after putting them on hold for a long period of time because the support agent is still busy being angry at the agent. I'm a new hired agent and the training took 3 days only without properly teaching us how to use the tools we are going to use. Their internal business processes are also wide and lengthy, and some of them aren't even updated. When you ask questions, you're ridiculed and nagged instead of providing you with training. Yes the first trainer just read things very swiftly like she's in her reading class. We doesn't have access to the knowledge yet when she was teaching, no access to internal emails to save notes, and worst of all, papers and pens aren't allowed either. Do we have to have photographic memories then in this company here in the Cubao, Philppines
