Pros

Not any. Its a jail

Cons

Working at copar felt less like working for a company and more like serving time in a jail. The level of micromanagement is honestly unbelievable. Missing even a single cab can reportedly impact your appraisal cycle, which says everything about how employees are viewed here — not as people, but as machine. Break timings are monitored so strictly that even using the washroom for a few extra minutes becomes an issue. Employees don’t get basic flexibility or trust. Instead of focusing on productivity and employee well-being, the management seems obsessed with control and surveillance.
